Aligned with: Relieving poverty, sickness, and disease in the UK and Uganda
Poverty and health challenges in Uganda’s Lango Sub-region are often intertwined. Limited access to clean water, medical facilities, and basic nutrition means that treatable illnesses too often lead to tragedy.
Lango Association UK is tackling these issues head-on. Through health education workshops, clean water initiatives, and community health drives, we’re ensuring that rural families don’t have to choose between food and medicine.
In the UK, we provide emergency support and health access information to Lango families facing poverty or illness. Whether it’s helping with housing, benefits, or finding local GPs, we are here—on both sides of the world.
How you can help: A donation as small as £10 can provide a family in Uganda with a week’s worth of food and hygiene supplies.
