Aligned with: Advancing education in Langi history, culture, art, and language
In the heart of London or Leeds, you’ll find Lango children who have never heard a folktale from their ancestors or spoken a word of LebLango.
That’s why we launched our Cultural Education Program—a dynamic effort to keep the Langi heritage alive among younger generations in the UK. Through storytelling sessions, traditional dance classes, art workshops, and language clubs, our goal is simple: preserve the culture, empower the community.
“I always felt caught between two cultures. Learning about Langi history gave me a sense of pride—and a sense of self,” said one 15-year-old participant.
