LANGO Together Through COVID-19: “DERO KEC” (Uganda)

With your donations, we procured food crop seeds for those most affected by the COVID-19 crisis in Northern Uganda (the elderly, people living with disabilities, single mothers, child mothers, orphans, etc.) to prevent long-term famine. The seeds, including various beans, maize, simsim, millet, and sorghum, were distributed during the rainy season of August to November 2020.

Through a community appeal launched in July 2020, Lango Association UK raised over £3000 from over 100 supporters. The donations raised have so far benefited more than 300 people and counting. We need your help to continue this project and help prevent further famine in the region.

  1. Today, while I was at work, my sister stole my apple ipad and tested to
see if it can survive a 25 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube
sensation. My iPad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this
is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
